The platform integrates seamlessly with existing CRMs, dialers, and workflow systems, enabling fast, low-friction deployment for enterprise teams.

  • CallBotics is not a new idea-stage company. It is a rapidly growing platform built by operators who have scaled large, real-world contact center operations and are now productizing that expertise.


Role: Product Manager -SaaS

We are looking for a SaaS Product Owner with strong experience, technical depth, leadership capability, and ownership mindset to drive international expansion, customer value, and organizational growth. The ideal candidate must have a strong engineering background, hands-on software development exposure, and proven ability to lead technical teams, manage global stakeholders, and deliver high-impact product outcomes.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

·    Communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company goals.

·    Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities.

·    Define product goals, KPIs, and success metrics. 


2. Product Development & Delivery

·    Translate product strategy into clear requirements and user stories.

·    Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.

·    Prioritize product features and manage the product backlog using Agile methodologies. 


3. Stakeholder Management

·    Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Tech, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Finance.

·    Integrate insights and feedback from customers, partners, and internal teams.

·    Communicate product updates, progress, and performance metrics to leadership. 


4. Go-to-Market (GTM) Execution

·    Partner with marketing and sales teams for launch planning and product promotions.

·    Support training and enablement for technical, sales, and customer success teams.

·    Monitor post-launch performance and customer adoption; refine product strategies as needed. 


5. Continuous Improvement

·    Use customer insights and analytics to drive iterative product enhancements.

·    Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.  


6.  Accountability & Technical Leadership

·    Take full accountability of the Technical (Engineering) team and its delivery performance.

·    Conduct interviews and support hiring for technical roles within the engineering team.

·    Must have previously worked as a software developer to effectively understand and review code quality (Python).

·    Manage day-to-day operations between Engineering, Operations, and cross-functional teams.

·    Should have experience managing and working with the US audience and US market expectations.


QUALIFICATIONS

·    Bachelor’s degree in engineering.

·    MBA is a plus.

·    7–10 years of experience in product management or a related field.

·    Proven experience managing SaaS products across the full lifecycle.

·    Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.

·    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

·    Familiarity with Agile/Scrum tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana. 


WORK TIMINGS

·    Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday off)

·    Working from Office – Pune

·    Shift Timing: 3 PM to 12 AM IST
