Key responsibilities
The General Manager - Product Innovation will lead product-related activities across projects at various lifecycle stages: pre-launch, launch, and sustenance. This role involves assisting the Product Head and senior management in making strategic product decisions to position as the most customer-centric real estate brand with innovative and differentiated offerings.
The incumbent will define the right product mix for upcoming launches, establish unique selling propositions (USPs), analyze competition, assist the marketing team in campaigns, and train the sales team to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & Development:

Define and recommend the right product mix for upcoming projects.

Develop USPs for each project by identifying consumer needs and market trends.

Research and recommend innovative features addressing customer pain points and aspirations.

Market Research & Benchmarking:

Conduct competition benchmarking and consumer research in collaboration with HO teams.

Provide critical inputs for land acquisition based on desirability, sales velocities, and pricing.

Innovation & Standardization:

Set up and update product innovation processes, templates, and standards.

Monitor and ensure the implementation of standardized processes across regions.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, and Sales) and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Conduct value proposition testing with stakeholders, including channel partners and consumers.

Training & Support:

Deliver product training to the sales team during launches and sustenance phases.

Provide guidance to regions on market positioning and pricing strategies.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Successful product launches with defined USPs and optimal product mix.

Who are we looking for?

Qualifications & Experience:

MBA or Master's in Construction Management from a leading institution.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

7–10 years of experience in product innovation, marketing strategy, or related roles in the real estate or construction industry.
