Responsibilities

• Creating and maintaining project plan based on requirements document for fixed cost or progressive projects.
• Managing scrum team, ensuring effective cooperation and collaboration among team members.
• Coordinate cross functional teams to facilitate effective collaboration and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Following Agile methodologies by conducting daily and weekly meetings to enhance communication and maximize productivity.
• Reviewing sprint outcome and following up on demos for various stakeholders.
• Ensuring efficient use of resources and appropriate task division among team leaders.
• Collaborating with business analyst to develop documentation and technical guides for end users.
• Promoting company and project standards in all deliverables.
• Preparing status reports and conducting regular project status meetings with team members.
• Communicating with other TPMs to ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience in managing cloud infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 8 years of experience including at least 3 years as TPM. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure, google cloud or AWS.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Delivery oriented and multi tasking skills.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Problem solving and leadership skills.
