Role Description

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Product Manager to oversee and manage SparkAI’s portfolio of AI products and ready-made application solutions (app clones and SaaS products).

The Product Manager will be responsible for product planning, development coordination, improvement, positioning, and successful market launch. This role requires strong collaboration with development, marketing, and sales teams to ensure each product is technically sound, market-ready, and commercially viable.


Key Responsibilities

1. Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Define product vision, positioning, and value proposition
  • Develop product roadmap and feature prioritization
  • Conduct competitor and market research
  • Identify new product opportunities and enhancements

2. Product Development Coordination

  • Work closely with developers, designers, and AI engineers
  • Review product functionality and ensure feature completeness
  • Prioritize bug fixes and improvements
  • Ensure products meet quality and performance standards

3. Product Optimization & Enhancement

  • Analyze user feedback and performance data
  • Continuously improve UI/UX and functionality
  • Refine product workflows and automation processes
  • Ensure scalability and long-term maintainability

4. Go-to-Market & Commercial Alignment

  • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for product launch
  • Prepare product documentation and feature descriptions
  • Support pricing strategy and packaging
  • Train internal team on product features and use cases

5. Performance Monitoring

  • Track product KPIs and usage metrics
  • Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction
  • Provide regular reports to management
  • Make data-driven decisions for product growth


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in Product Management (preferably in tech/AI/SaaS)
  • Strong understanding of AI-based solutions and mobile/web applications
  • Experience managing product lifecycle from concept to launch
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration abilities


Preferred Skills

  • Experience with SaaS or AI-based products
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
  • Familiarity with product management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Notion, etc.)
  • Basic understanding of UX/UI principles
  • Experience in startup or fast-scaling environment
