Position: Factory Manager
Industry: Food Packaging Manufacturer
Location: Sunder Industrial Estate, Lahore
We are seeking a highly experienced and result-oriented Factory Manager to lead and oversee overall factory operations. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and hands-on experience in managing multiple departments efficiently. The Factory Manager will have full responsibility for end-to-end factory operations, including production, quality, maintenance, safety, and people management.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum Graduation (Bachelor’s degree required)
- MBA or management qualification is a strong advantage
- 5–7 years experience in manufacturing as a senior role such as Factory Manager
- Injection molding machine & Mold-related experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of Supply Chain, Production, Maintenance, Quality Control, and Dispatch operations.
- Experience managing production team
- Sound knowledge of administration and factory management.
- Hands-on experience working on ERP software.
- Good command on MS Office.
- Strong leadership and team supervision skills.
- Experience in developing SOPs and job roles for staff under supervision.
- Ability to manage inter-departmental coordination effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage complete factory operations
- Lead Supply Chain, Maintenance, Production, Quality, and Dispatch departments
- Implement systems, controls, and continuous improvement strategies
- Supervise staff performance and ensure productivity targets are achieved
- Develop and enforce SOPs and operational policies
Production & Operations Management
- Manage daily production of Food Packaging
- Oversee operations including production planning, shift scheduling, and output control
- Achieve production KPIs: efficiency, output, scrap reduction, and downtime control
Quality Assurance & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP, GMP, and food packaging standards
- Lead customer audits, internal audits, and corrective & preventive actions (CAPA)
- Ensure compliance with quality requirements
Maintenance & Engineering
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Reduce breakdowns and improve machine reliability
- Support installation and commissioning of new machinery
- Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and automation teams
People & Workforce Management
- Lead production supervisors, engineers, quality staff, and operators
- Manage shift teams and labor discipline
- Promote safety, accountability, and continuous improvement culture
Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)
- Enforce workplace safety standards and procedures
- Ensure compliance with Pakistani labor and safety regulations
- Reduce accidents and promote safe working practices
Supply Chain & Inventory
- Coordinate raw material availability
- Control finished goods inventory
- Support dispatch planning and coordination
Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste
- Implement best practices in food packaging manufacturing

Pay: Rs125,000.00 - Rs175,000.00 per month
