Group Leader-Production (Night Shift)

We are looking for a Group Leader – Production (Night Shift) to oversee daily manufacturing operations (Automotive sector) and ensure efficient production processes.

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in handling team to manage effectively.

• Supervise and coordinate production activities to meet daily targets.
• Ensure efficient utilization of ERP/Infor for production tracking, reporting, and material planning.
• Monitor production schedules, work orders, and resource allocation for optimal efficiency.
• Maintain quality control standards and ensure compliance with ISO, IATF, and OSHA guidelines.
• Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to enhance productivity.
• Ensure workplace safety, 6S implementation, and adherence to SOPs.
• Train and guide production team members to improve skills and efficiency.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Supply Chain teams for smooth production flow.
