Assistant Project Manager

We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team and support the Project Director in coordination with team and relevant stakeholders and ensuring smooth execution project.

Role Overview:

The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with the Project Director and project teams to oversee planning, execution and monitoring of the project. This role requires a enthusiastic individual who can track deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Project Director in planning and implementation of the project.
• Act as the bridge between the Project Director and internal teams for task delegation, tracking, and follow-ups.
• Track project KPIs, timelines, and deliverables.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and project documentation for review.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Project Management, Zoology, Environmental Science, Biology, Ecology, Biomedical or related fields).
• 1–2 years of experience in project management, coordination, or a related role.
• Understanding of AI tools and their practical use will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in office tools and project/task management platforms.
• Excellent communication (English & Urdu), organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
