SAP Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced SAP Delivery Manager in Lahore to lead end-to-end delivery of SAP solutions, including SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA. The role combines delivery leadership with strong solution expertise, ensuring high-quality, timely outcomes using SAP Activate and Agile/Scrum.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery & Team Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of SAP extensions, integrations, and transformation initiatives
• Plan and manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and governance
• Manage and mentor SAP functional, technical, and integration teams
• Break down business and solution scope into workstreams, user stories, and tasks
• Allocate work based on team capacity, skills, and priorities
• Define delivery standards and team ways of working
• Apply SAP Activate methodology across projects
• Run Agile/Scrum processes: sprint planning, backlog prioritization, reviews, retrospectives
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and cross-team coordination
• Provide status updates to leadership and stakeholders

SAP Solution Engagement

• Participate in requirements workshops and solution discovery sessions
• Translate business needs into SAP BTP and S/4HANA solution approaches
• Collaborate with architects on extensions, workflows, integrations, and automation
• Understand enterprise processes in Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations
• Guide delivery teams with functional and solution direction
• Ensure solutions follow SAP best practices, clean core principles, and extensibility guidelines

Required Skills & Experience

• 9-12 years of SAP delivery/program management experience, with at least 3–5 years in leadership roles
• Proven experience managing SAP functional and technical teams
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology and Agile/Scrum delivery
• Hands-on experience with SAP BTP and SAP S/4HANA
• Familiarity with Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Operations processes
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred / Nice to Have

• SAP Fiori/UI5, Integration Suite, CAP, workflow, or automation experience
• Functional expertise in SAP modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM
• Relevant certifications: SAP Activate, Scrum Master, PMP

Pay: Rs700,000.00 - Rs800,000.00 per month
