SAP Executive – FI/CO

The role will support the SAP ERP function by ensuring smooth execution of Finance and Controlling (FI/CO) processes. The incumbent will assist in maintaining accurate financial data, supporting core accounting operations, and resolving SAP FI/CO user issues to ensure reliable financial reporting and compliance.

Additionally, the incumbent will be required to work on the following areas:

• Provide first-level support for SAP FI/CO (AP, AR, GL, Asset Accounting, Controlling issues)
• Maintain vendor, customer, cost center, and GL master data with high accuracy
• Assist in basic configuration tasks under guidance of senior consultants
• Support testing (UAT, SIT) and documentation of financial processes
• Generate and validate financial and controlling reports
• Contribute to process improvements and data accuracy initiatives
• Provide basic training and guidance to end-users on SAP FI/CO processes

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules

• Understanding of accounting cycles (AP, AR, GL, AA, CO-OM, CO-CCA)

• Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)

• SAP Certification in FI or CO (preferable but not mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field (Minimum GPA 3.0). SAP certification is an added advantage.

Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience in SAP FI/CO, finance operations, or related internships
