SAP Executive – MM (Materials Management)

The role will support the SAP ERP function by ensuring smooth execution of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes within the Materials Management (MM) module. The incumbent will assist in maintaining accurate master data, supporting procurement and inventory operations, and resolving SAP MM user issues to ensure efficient supply chain performance.

Additionally, the incumbent will be required to work on the following areas:

• Provide first-level support for SAP MM (PRs, POs, goods receipts, inventory issues)
• Maintain material and vendor master data with high accuracy
• Support procurement processes including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and GRNs
• Assist in inventory management activities (stock movements, reservations, reconciliation)
• Participate in testing (UAT, enhancements) and documentation of processes
• Generate and validate procurement and inventory reports/KPIs
• Provide basic training and guidance to users on SAP MM processes

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of SAP MM (material master, vendor master, PR/PO cycle, goods receipt, stock movement)

• Concepts of procurement, warehousing, and inventory control

• MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)

• SAP MM Certification (preferable but not mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or relevant field (Minimum GPA 3.0). SAP certification is an added advantage.

Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience in SAP MM, procurement, supply chain, or related internships
