SAP Executive – PM/ETM (Plant Maintenance)

Contract Type: Project Assignment

The role will support the SAP ERP function by ensuring effective execution of Plant Maintenance (PM) processes. The incumbent will assist in maintaining accurate equipment data, supporting maintenance operations, and enabling efficient preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Additionally, the incumbent will be required to work on the following areas:

• Provide first-level support for SAP PM (notifications, work orders, preventive maintenance issues)
• Maintain equipment and functional location master data with high accuracy
• Support creation, processing, and closure of maintenance notifications and work orders
• Assist in scheduling and execution of preventive maintenance plans
• Participate in testing (UAT, enhancements) and documentation activities
• Generate and validate maintenance reports and KPIs (MTTR, MTBF, backlog)
• Provide basic training and guidance to maintenance users on SAP PM processes

Skills Required

• Basic understanding of SAP PM (notifications, work orders, maintenance plans, equipment master data)

• Knowledge of maintenance processes (preventive, breakdown, corrective)

• MS Excel proficiency (VLOOKUP, pivot tables preferred)

• SAP PM Certification (preferable but not mandatory)

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or relevant field (Minimum GPA 3.0). SAP certification is an added advantage.

Experience: 0–1 year of relevant experience in SAP PM, maintenance operations, or related internships
