Group Manager - Maintenance

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

•Lead and manage overall maintenance operations and team performance.

•Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans.

•Provide technical guidance and resolve major equipment issues.

•Oversee procurement specifications for machinery and maintenance-related items.

•Drive energy-saving and sustainability initiatives.

•Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies.

•Collaborate with top management on maintenance strategies and capital investments.

•Ensure smooth coordination with cross-functional departments.

Job Specifications:

• Qualification: Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Industrial Engineering.

Experience: 8–10 years of experience, including 5+ years in a managerial role.

• Textile or manufacturing industry will be preferred.

• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
