SAP Executive – ABAP / SAP BTP

The role is responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing SAP technical solutions using ABAP and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) to support seamless business operations. The incumbent will contribute to system enhancements, integrations, and digital transformation initiatives across the organization. Additionally, the role will focus on the following areas:

• Developing and enhancing SAP programs, reports, forms, interfaces, and technical objects
• Building and integrating applications using SAP BTP (APIs, OData services, workflows, CDS views)
• Resolving technical issues including performance bottlenecks, dumps, and integration failures
• Preparing and maintaining technical documentation, test cases, and transport logs
• Collaborating with functional teams (MM, SD, FICO, HCM, PM, PP, etc.) for end-to-end solution delivery
• Supporting SAP upgrades, rollouts, and ongoing digital transformation projects
• Driving continuous improvement through automation and adoption of best technical practices

Skills Required

• SAP ABAP (Classical & OO)
• Forms (Smart Forms, Adobe Forms)
• Enhancements Framework (BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancement Spots)
• OData / CDS Views / AMDP
• SAP BTP components: CPI, CAP, RAP, Fiori/UI5, Workflow
• SAP Integration Suite
• Knowledge of S/4HANA environment

Eligibility Criteria

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field (Minimum GPA 3.0 or equivalent). SAP certification is an added advantage.

Experience:

1–2 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP and SAP BTP development
