Job Brief:
Develop and implement strategic plans by improving the operations efficiency and providing advice and guidance on all aspect to drive business performance and business development to achieve predetermined targets.
Job Responsibilities:

Oversee and contribute to all department strategies and objectives and aligned it to better allocate resources and prioritize initiatives to drive the business performance by developing, implementing and communicating all department KPI’s and cascade it to all levels.

Oversee research into new and established markets to develop products that meet market demands and consistent with Emkan strategy and initiatives.

Maintain all required project data to ensure that full information is available for project planning, contract management and business development.

Keep management up-to-date of all the new initiatives activities by presenting projects time frame and accomplishments for easy monitoring and tracking.

Meet with each region heads on a monthly basis to review department monthly performance and prepare recovery plan to increase department productivity.

Conduct Periodic Alignment meetings and side meetings with all regions heads to overcome key business challenges by strengthening business performance.

Develop and maintain relationship with all automotive Companies to ensure that the company's maximum sales potential is realized and to negotiate new contracts and campaigns.

Support Negotiating the contracts with automotive company to provide auto lease services in support of new initiatives with Sales Manager.

Critically evaluate the costs and benefits of all new ideas and initiatives to ensure that resources are appropriately directed and assist other departments in the risk assessment of new products and services.

Develop and implement systems and processes to all department to enable the effective and efficient monitoring of sales performance, projects and initiatives through identification of improvements in product quality and service delivery.

Adherence to all regulations and control function within the company in order to ensure that governance, Audit, risk and compliance matters are carried out.

Fully adherence to the cybersecurity policies, processes, standards and regulations.
Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or any other relevant field (Master’s degree is preferred).

Minimum of 3-6years of relevant experience in digital/online projects.

Prior Experience in PMO, Auto-leasing Projects.
