Strong product thinking with the ability to connect user needs product decisions business outcomes
Highly data-driven with hands-on experience in analytics, experimentation, and funnels

We are looking for a Product Manager who can take ownership of key product areas and drive them from idea to execution and scale.
In this role, you will be responsible for defining product strategy, prioritising initiatives, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features. You’ll use data, user insights, and experimentation to continuously improve product performance, engagement, and retention.
This is not a coordination role — this is a builder role.
Own product areas end-to-end: problem definition solution execution iteration
Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business goals
Work closely with Engineering, Design, and Growth to ship high-quality features
Analyse product performance using tools like Amplitude, Firebase, GA, SQL, etc.
Drive funnel optimisation, retention, and growth initiatives
Design and run A/B tests and experiments, and translate results into decisions
Identify user pain points through data, research, and feedback loops
Write clear and structured PRDs, specs, and documentation
Prioritise effectively in a high-impact, fast-moving environment
Continuously improve product experience through rapid iteration
2–5 years of experience in Product Management (or strong equivalent experience)
Proven experience shipping and improving consumer-facing digital products
Strong understanding of product metrics, funnels, retention, and growth
Hands-on experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, GA, Firebase, Mixpanel, etc.)
Ability to break down ambiguous problems into structured solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in fast-paced startups or high-growth environments is a strong plus
Interest in AI, creative tools, or GenAI products is highly preferred
