Lead the marketing strategy and product portfolio management for the assigned Business Unit. The Product Manager acts as the strategic marketing partner to the BU Head — translating scientific and commercial goals into actionable marketing plans that drive awareness, demand, and revenue growth.
Job Description
Strategic Marketing & Planning

Develop and own the annual marketing plan for the Business Unit, aligned with BU targets and Nawah’s overall strategy.

Conduct market, customer, and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and inform positioning.

Define value propositions, messaging, and go-to-market strategies for core services and new launches.

Partner with Scientific and Commercial teams to translate scientific capabilities into compelling market offerings.
Campaign Development & Execution

Design and oversee BU-specific marketing campaigns

Collaborate with Marketing Specialists to execute campaigns, automation workflows, and digital assets.

Ensure consistent brand voice, visuals, and scientific integrity across all content.

Manage the BU’s marketing calendar and budget utilization.
Performance & Optimization

Define and track KPIs (lead generation, conversion rates, awareness metrics, ROI).

Analyze campaign results and customer insights to adjust strategies.

Collaborate with the Marketing Specialist to ensure dashboards and reports reflect BU goals.

Present quarterly marketing performance reviews to BU Head and central leadership.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales, Operations, and R&D teams to ensure marketing efforts reflect customer needs and service readiness.

Collaborate with the Central Marketing Team for design, digital, PR, and content support.

Provide input for pricing, service packaging, and product lifecycle management.

Act as the voice of the customer within the BU — ensuring market feedback informs innovation.
Representation & Advocacy

Represent the BU in conferences, exhibitions, and industry events as needed.

Support thought leadership through technical articles, webinars, and collaborations with scientific influencers.

Champion Nawah’s value proposition and scientific excellence within the assigned domain.
Key Deliverables

Annual BU Marketing Plan (objectives, target segments, positioning, and budget).

Quarterly market landscape and competitor analysis reports.

3–5 major BU campaigns per year with defined KPIs and performance tracking.

Monthly marketing performance dashboards and reports.
-
BU-specific marketing assets (presentations, service sheets, case studies).
-
Thought leadership materials (articles, webinars, event abstracts).

Quarterly alignment and performance review presentations with BU leadership.

Post-campaign analysis reports and recommendations for optimization.
Job Requirements
Must-have:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Biotechnology.

5-8 years of experience in a commercial role within scientific, biotech, or laboratory services industries, with a minimum 3 years marketing experience.

Strong understanding of scientific services markets and regulatory environments (ISO, GLP, etc.).

Advanced level of English
