Role Description

Paxton LLC is seeking a dedicated Product Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Product Manager will oversee the product lifecycle, including strategy development, market research, and product launch. Must have pharmaceutical experience in same position

Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing market trends, understanding customer needs, creating marketing plans, and managing overall product performance to meet business goals. He will also ensure optimal product positioning and contribute to business growth through innovative solutions.

Qualifications

• Product management and project management skills, including experience overseeing pharmaceutical product lifecycles and managing cross-functional teams.
• Market research and data analysis capabilities to understand customer needs specially in the field of Nephrology, Oncolgy & ICU
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and implement business strategies.
• Strong communication and Excellent relationships with different KOLs, preferred speciality Nephrologists, Oncologists & Critical care, with interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
• Experience in supply chain, logistics, or distribution is a plus.
• Proficiency in relevant tools and software for project management and data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in pharmaceutical science , Advanced degrees or certifications in Product Management & Marketing are an advantage.
• Experience in pharmaceutical field is mandatory for applying to this position
