Position: Product Manager – Auto Finance

Grade: OG-1 to AVP-1

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of banking or related experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, Excel, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of standard banking policies & procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Annual Product Program reviews for Auto Finance.
• Drive Annual Sales Budgeting in line with product strategy.
• Launch and manage new product variants from planning to rollout.
• Coordinate with stakeholders (IT, Marketing, Operations, CAD, etc.) for smooth execution.
• Develop acquisition avenues such as institutional sales, conventions & digital sales.
• Monitor sales performance, application processing, TATs, and approval ratios.
• Conduct market research & competitive analysis to maintain a market edge.
• Ensure customer complaints related to Auto Finance are closed within assigned TATs.
• Identify process gaps and support automation & digitization initiatives .
• Collaborate on cross-functional and management-level projects as required.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Internal: CIU, CAD, FRMU, Marketing, Operations, IT, HR & L&D.
• External: Existing & new-to-bank customers, State Bank of Pakistan.
