We are hiring a B2B Product Manager to join a fast-scaling fintech business building the next generation of financial products for SMEs in Saudi Arabia.

With proven success across Asia, including a well-established lending platform in the Philippines, this fintech group is now focused on the Saudi market. Their local operation is dedicated to building and launching financial products from within the Kingdom, supported by a newly forming Saudi-based product and engineering team.

You will lead the design and development of new digital lending and financial products tailored to Saudi SMEs. This is a hands-on product role, working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, compliance, design, and business stakeholders.

You will be responsible for shaping the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with regulatory and Sharia guidelines, and delivering financial products that meet the needs of local businesses.

• 4–6 years experience in fintech product management or ownership

• Deep knowledge of digital lending and consumer finance

• Experience working in the Saudi market or wider GCC region

• Understanding of Sharia-compliant financial products

• Familiarity with KYC, AML, payment integration, and SAMA regulations

• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset

• Arabic language skills required
