We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the growth and evolution of our consumer-facing app. You will own the complete shopping journey, ensuring it is intuitive, engaging, and optimized for maximum conversion across diverse customer segments. This role is critical in shaping how millions of users—especially from emerging rural and semi-urban markets—interact with our platform.
Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership & Strategy
Define and execute the end-to-end product roadmap for the consumer app.
Align product initiatives with company vision, ensuring long-term scalability and customer delight.
Translate business goals into actionable product requirements and features.
Growth & Funnel Optimization
Monitor and optimize every stage of the funnel—from acquisition to activation, conversion, and retention.
Leverage experimentation (A/B testing, cohorts, etc.) to identify growth opportunities and improve KPIs.
Partner with marketing and growth teams to design user journeys that maximize adoption.
Customer-Centric Development
Conduct market and user research to deeply understand customer needs, with a focus on underserved rural and semi-urban users.
Prioritize features that address customer pain points while balancing business impact.
Incorporate feedback loops to continuously refine the product experience.
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality mobile and backend features.
Ensure timely and smooth execution of product launches with strong cross-functional alignment.
Use data and analytics to measure product performance and inform decision-making.
Qualifications
5–8 years of experience in product management, preferably in consumer apps, e-commerce, or fast-scaling consumer tech.
Proven success in improving conversion funnels and retention metrics.
Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA, etc.).
B.Tech and MBA preferred (but not mandatory if strong product experience is demonstrated).
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence across functions.
