Consumer Lending Product Manager
” in our Retail Banking > Consumer Lending Tribe; who will be responsible for driving the product vision/roadmap and assist maintaining profitable growth of consumer lending portfolio by managing the associated projects. The successful candidate will work closely with cross functional teams, as well as external partners (especially retailers and e-comm partners) to formulate and communicate a winning product roadmap and strategy for business.

How will you make an impact in this role?
-
Acts within “Product Mindset”; Ideates, defines, experiments and delivers product features partnering with engineering in his/her squad especially for 3rd party business partnership integrations.

Owns the consumer lending product (end-to-end) vision and defines the roadmap of the product to maximize business value and customer experience during purchase.
-
Manages Product Backlog in consideration of relevant stakeholder needs and ING strategy, takes responsibility of squad’s IT delivery.

Responsible for the WHAT a product team does; represents the business stakeholders.
-
Defines epics, features and PBIs with full business decisions.
-
Analyzes business requirements, processes and investigates areas for improvements and simplifications in-line with business and IT strategy.
-
Coordinates user acceptance tests (UAT) and approves IT changes on the product. Takes the solution live, measures the impact and iterates.
-
Aligns with other Product Managers to manage dependencies.
-
Takes responsibility in engineering, design, operations and CX processes
-
Constantly follow-up business needs/regulations and re-prioritize backlog depending on changing business environment
Qualifications;
-
+6 years of experience (experience in Product or IT Business Analysis role is preferable)
-
Strategic thinker and self-starter with strong decision-making skills, with ability to meet deadlines, excel in team-oriented environment with rapidly evolving business demands while maintaining high standards
-
Strong customer focus, the ability to view issues from a customer lens
-
Solid understanding and experience in enterprise level agile methodologies
-
Experience in IT delivery, understanding software delivery life-cycle and engineering practices
-
Exceptional stakeholder management, relationship management, and conflict resolution skills; with a track record of gaining consensus for product strategies
-
Understanding related operational guidelines, product technology architecture. Incident & change management processes is a plus.

Ability to create user stories/journeys and translate requirements into detailed product specifications and effectively use data

Solid sql knowledge
-
Fluency in English
