Delta’s Customer Data team is seeking a delivery-focused Product Manager to lead execution of a subset of Customer Data Products that power personalization at scale. This role ensures these products meet performance standards, enable enterprise personalization, and align with Delta’s architecture.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive end-to-end delivery of enhancements to Customer Data Products, including UAT and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements for IT teams and ensure timely execution.
  • Partner with engineering to maintain performance standards and scalability.
  • Coordinate cross-functional alignment with IT, Digital Portfolio Office, and business teams.
  • Advocate for data quality, governance, and usability across digital channels.
  • Support adoption of new capabilities through training and documentation.
  • Gather and synthesize business needs from Commercial and Operational teams to understand current and future customer data requirements and translate them into actionable roadmap items.
  • Consolidate enterprise feedback on customer data definitions and calculations, ensuring alignment and concurrence across stakeholders.
  • Break down complex data transformations to identify required data elements, sources, and gaps for assigned Customer Data Products.
  • Socialize and secure agreement on customer data definitions, calculations, and sources to maintain consistency across the enterprise.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS)

  • 2+ years in data product delivery or technical product management.
  • Ability to manage delivery in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams in a time-sensitive, dynamic environment while working independently with minimal direction.
  • Strong business and technical acumen with a deep understanding of Delta’s travel ribbon and customer interaction points.
  • Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.
  • Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.
  • Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.
  • Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

WHAT WILL GIVE YOU A COMPETITIVE EDGE (PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, data modeling, and modern architectures (AWS preferred).
  • SQL proficiency
  • Experience with GraphQL, ETL pipelines, and API integrations.
  • Familiarity with personalization systems or customer data platforms.
