THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated Product Owner to join our team to help manage our information security product line. This role, working with various business groups to help create a world class information security product ecosystem. This role will specifically support and report into the Head of Product for Privacy, Legal and Infosec manager.

In this role you will be responsible for leading and participating in the implementation of products within our ecosystems to safeguard not only our systems but protect our fans personal data as well. You will take input from internal business experts, security analysts, external / internal consultants, and owners of products throughout Live Nation and Ticketmaster while implementing tooling against our architectural, development and data systems.

This is a very exciting opportunity and high-profile role, which will involve collaboration with groups across the entire company, time zones and various markets to develop, implement and maintain product visions and strategies for Infosec.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

  • Working with internal business experts, internal / external consultants, and owners of products throughout the Live Nation ecosystem to define and prioritize implementation of a world class information security product portfolio.

  • Day-to-day management of the product portfolio and triage of any issues or concerns of the system that are impacted by the implementation.

  • Become a point person within Live Nation for tooling implementation-related questions, specifically around how systems work and future enhancements.

  • Working with engineering, software, business leads and QA organizations in the development and deployment of compliant products and features.

  • Identifying interdependencies between core systems and other products to ensure regulatory compliance.

  • Documenting use cases, updating epics and user stories, prioritizing and maintaining product backlogs, and guiding development through the dev cycle for feature stories

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • 5-8 years of experience working with or involved in the Information Security industry

  • 2-4 years of product management experience

  • Experience with managing a highly complex system of interdependencies

  • Demonstrated experience in driving innovation to uncover value for the information security team.

  • Ability to create a vision and rally a department around that vision

  • Ability to manage and set expectations with internally and externally stakeholders

  • Experienced with balancing the needs of multiple stakeholders and long-term needs of the company

  • Ability to lead discussions with a cross-functional team including clients, domain experts, and application development, test, deployment, and support.

  • Excellent communication, documentation and presentation skills, and a keen attention to detail

  • Ability to adapt quickly to change.

  • Must be capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent organization and time management

  • Get it done attitude – must be able to solve problems with minimal guidance or unclear requirements

The expected compensation for this position is:

$133,000.00 USD - $167,000.00 USD

** Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
