Product Manager (First PM)

Florose is a Saudi startup on a mission to reinvent the art of gifting. We are building a premium, design-forward e-commerce platform that combines cultural authenticity with seamless digital experiences.

We are pre-launch, with our MVP already built by a talented in-house engineering team. As we prepare for market entry, we are hiring our first Product Manager—a high-caliber individual contributor who will own the full product scope and lay the foundation for Florose’s long-term product strategy.

• End-to-end customer experience across web and mobile, from gifting flows to delivery tracking.
• Multiple internal systems, including fulfillment, operations, and customer support tools.
• Back-office tooling and future integrations (e.g. ERP, logistics).
• Full product lifecycle, from strategy and discovery to delivery and iteration.
• Establishing product rituals, metrics, and scalable ways of working that enable a fast-growing team.

• Deliver a delightful, high-performing customer experience that drives adoption and loyalty.
• Build internal tools that improve operations, speed, and customer satisfaction.
• Ship meaningful product improvements post-launch with measurable outcomes.
• Introduce scalable discovery and delivery practices that raise the team’s execution quality.
• Collaborate closely with founders, engineering, design, and operations to keep vision and execution aligned.

• 7–8 years of proven product management experience (preferably in e-commerce, consumer apps, or marketplaces).
• Track record of owning roadmaps, launching products, and driving measurable results.
• Strong background in both discovery (research, validation, customer insights) and delivery (execution, agile releases, launch).
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Fluent in Arabic (spoken and written).
• Based in Jeddah or willing to relocate.
• Experience in gifting, logistics, or supply chain platforms.
• Prior startup or “first PM” experience.
• Familiarity with scaling products post-launch.
