Product Manager (Forex)

We are seeking a Product Manager (Forex) to lead the development, enhancement, and optimization of our FX products and platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of the foreign exchange trading industry, customer behavior, and regulatory requirements, with the ability to translate market trends and client needs into high-impact product strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Driving the full product lifecycle for Forex trading products, from concept to launch to ongoing improvement.
• Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, gaps, and emerging trends in the FX space.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams (technology, sales, compliance, marketing, operations) to ensure seamless delivery and alignment with business goals.
• Defining product requirements, specifications, and roadmaps tailored to both retail and institutional FX traders.
• Monitoring product performance and KPIs, leveraging data and customer feedback to optimize usability and profitability.
• Ensuring compliance with applicable financial regulations and coordinating with risk and legal teams.
• Acting as the product expert, supporting client-facing teams with training, materials, and insights.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner within Forex, CFDs, or broader financial services.
• Strong understanding of FX trading platforms, liquidity providers, and market structure.
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification is a plus.
