Product Manager - Gaming (Fluent in Turkish)

About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading global gaming company to hire an experienced Product Manager for a regional role based in Dubai . This position offers the opportunity to lead product strategy and execution for high-performing gaming products across multiple markets, working at the intersection of global vision and regional player needs.

Role Overview

As Product Manager, you will own the regional product roadmap, drive feature development, and optimize live products to maximize player engagement and commercial performance. You will collaborate closely with global product, development, analytics, and commercial teams while acting as a key voice for regional markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the regional product strategy and roadmap
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management for live gaming products
• Translate player insights, market data, and business objectives into clear product requirements
• Partner with engineering, design, analytics, marketing, and regional teams to deliver impactful features
• Monitor and optimize product performance through KPIs, experimentation, and data analysis
• Adapt and localize global product initiatives for regional markets
• Communicate product progress, insights, and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Candidate Profile

• 7+ years of experience in Product Management , ideally within gaming, digital entertainment, or consumer technology
• Proven experience managing live, data-driven products
• Strong understanding of player engagement, monetization, and product optimization
• Experience working in regional or multi-market roles
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
