Product Manager - Gynee

Position Overview

The Product Manager (Gynee) will lead the strategic development, management, and execution of the reproductive health product portfolio—especially gynecological and contraceptive solutions—to drive market growth, enhance product performance, and increase access among underserved populations. This role requires a strong mix of analytical insight, product expertise, and cross-functional leadership within marketing, sales, supply chain, and partner networks.

Position: Product Manager - Pharma

Experience: 5 years of experience related to General, Gynae, & obs Products.

Education: MBA in Marketing, Pharm-D, or MBBS

Salary Range: 150K-270K, benefits exclude

Convence Allowance: 40K

Location: DHA Phase 7, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategies for gyne-related reproductive health products (e.g., IUDs, injectables, oral contraceptives, emergency contraception) to achieve growth and impact goals.
• Oversee the full product lifecycle—from concept, launch and post-launch evaluation to phase-out planning.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify unmet needs, demand drivers, and differentiation opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including government health departments, NGOs, clinics (e.g., Dhanak Health Care Centers), professional associations, and distributors.
• Represent product interests in cross-functional forums and contribute to broader organizational planning.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs270,000.00 per month
