Product Manager – Industrial Automation

Job description:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Product Manager with a strong background in Industrial Automation products, including Electrical and Pneumatic products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the complete product lifecycle, supporting business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction through innovative solutions and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for industrial automation solutions.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop smart, modern, and competitive solutions.
• Provide technical training and support to sales teams and key customers.
• Assist in product promotion through effective marketing and sales strategies.
• Monitor and analyze product performance, sales trends, and market demands.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Automation, or a related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Industrial Automation products.
• Strong technical knowledge of Electrical and Pneumatic products.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
