Product Manager - Information Technology

Brief

We are seeking a Product + Project Manager to lead the development and continuous

improvement of the Li3ib and Suffix applications & Wesbite. This role will drive product

roadmaps, manage timelines, and ensure all tech deliverables are executed on time. Working

closely with the CEO, the PM will translate business needs into technical requirements, oversee

app performance, and ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end management of Li3ib and Suffix applications.
• Define, maintain, and track the product roadmaps, ensuring milestones and deadlines
• are met.
• Manage app issues and bugs, ensuring quick resolutions and smooth user experiences.
• Oversee app store submissions, updates, and release management.
• Handle domain management (renewals, security, SSL, DNS configurations).
• Translate business and user needs into clear technical requirement (PRD)
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and fixes based on business value and urgency.
• Oversee testing, QA, and release cycles to ensure high-quality deployments.
• Maintain project documentation, status reports, and communication with stakeholders.
• Ensure timely delivery of all tasks while maintaining quality and budget control.

Key Skills & Qualifications

1. Proven track record of managing mobile and web applications.
2. Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
3. Excellent coordination skills to manage cross-functional teams.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Zoho).
6. Excellent communication and documentation skills.
7. Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines.
