Job Purpose: Own product management and marketing strategy for the Institutional Waterproofing

Segment (decorative + specialized). Drive market insights, product innovation, and brand

visibility to establish category leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Market & Product Strategy

  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competition.
  • Launch new products; optimize existing portfolio.
  • Ensure stock availability and demand planning.
  • Ensure regular product benchmarking and resolve any product issues.
  • Portfolio management of the waterproofing rang
  • Go-to-Market Execution
  • Plan BTL activations, and schemes for the institutional segment.
  • Develop demo tools and kits for institutional clients.
  • Brand & Digital Marketing
  • Drive social media visibility and performance marketing.
  • Create pitch decks, testimonials, and marketing literature.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with R&D, supply chain, sales, and external agencies for flawless execution
