Product Manager Intern

We are seeking a motivated Product Manager Intern to support the planning, development, and launch of new products and enhancements.

This internship is based in the IT department, offering hands-on experience in managing technical products.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analyzing technical product requirements from IT stakeholders.
• Support planning and prioritization of IT product features and enhancements.
• Coordinate with IT teams (development, QA, infrastructure) to track progress.
• Help maintain product documentation, release notes, and technical specifications.
• Assist in testing new product features and integrations.
• Participate in IT product meetings and take notes.
• Support evaluation of IT processes and suggest improvements for efficiency.
• Assist in preparing technical presentations and reports for IT stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills .
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills .
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
