Product and Growth Manager - Lending

As a Lending - Product Manager at INDmoney, your goal will be to scale the lending business by preparing top of the funnel growth strategies and optimizing the conversion funnels to provide a frictionless user journey. You must be customer-obsessed and data focussed to clearly identify problem statements and gaps, and translate them into executable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Product

• Regularly assess lending conversion funnel performance, identify customer pain points, and generate insights.
• Define product enhancements, prepare product notes and work with different stakeholders (product designers, UX specialists, back-end engineers) to implement solutions to enhance funnel efficiency and drive higher conversions
• Leverage data and analytics to iterate product and platform development
• Lead the end to end tech integration and testing process to onboard new lending partners
• Prepare regular business reports on growth metrics, and conversion insights. Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis and performance outcomes

Growth

• Develop targeted in-app as well as digital campaign strategies for various customer segments, enhancing top of the funnel engagement and conversion rates
• Design and execute A/B tests to evaluate the effectiveness of different strategies and experiments. Use results to refine approaches and improve campaign performance

Requirements

• Experience: 1–4 years product management experience in a startup - preferably a fintech
• Education: MBA or Engineering degree.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience or understanding of the lending business (advantageous).
• Strong skills in articulating and defining product specifications, user journeys, use cases, and edge cases.
• Flexible and adaptable with an iterative approach to product development.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for precision.
• Hands-on execution skills with the ability to deliver quickly at scale.
• Proficiency in third-party analytics tools and familiarity with large datasets; SQL skills highly valued
