Your Role And Responsibilities

Role Overview

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager AI to drive discovery and delivery of AI-driven capabilities across our iPaaS platform. This is a senior, high-impact role focused on navigating a complex product portfolio, aligning a wide range of stakeholders, and translating AI opportunities into scalable, enterprise-ready platform capabilities.

The role is based in Bangalore, India, and requires close coordination with globally distributed product, engineering, platform, go-to-market, security, and leadership teams across Europe, North America, and APAC.

This is not a single-feature or experimentation role. You will operate at platform and portfolio level, shaping how AI is embedded, governed, and delivered across integrations, APIs, events, compositions, and developer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Vision

  • Define and own AI roadmap for the iPaaS platform, aligned with company objectives and enterprise customer needs.
  • Identify high-leverage AI use cases across integration design, runtime, operations, observability, governance, and user experience.
  • Balance innovation with enterprise-grade requirements such as security, compliance, reliability, and cost control.
  • Articulate a clear long-term vision for AI capabilities and translate it into an executable roadmap.

Portfolio & Stakeholder Management

  • Operate effectively across a complex product portfolio spanning multiple teams, components, and customer segments.
  • Act as a central coordination point between engineering, architecture, UX, marketing, sales, and customer success.
  • Drive alignment and decision-making across global teams with differing priorities, time zones, and incentives.
  • Confidently engage with senior leadership and executive stakeholders to communicate trade-offs, progress, and outcomes.

Discovery & Requirements

  • Lead structured discovery efforts to validate AI opportunities, constraints, and customer value.
  • Translate ambiguous problem spaces into clear problem statements, success metrics, and prioritized initiatives.
  • Define product requirements that balance flexibility for advanced users with guardrails for enterprise governance.

Delivery & Execution

  • Partner closely with engineering and architecture teams to deliver AI capabilities from concept to GA.
  • Ensure product initiatives are broken down into clear, sequenced milestones with measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain a strong focus on execution quality, scope control, and cross-team dependencies.

Governance, Trust & Enterprise Readiness

  • Ensure AI features align with enterprise expectations around trust, security, compliance, and explainability.
  • Collaborate with security and compliance teams to define appropriate guardrails, policies, and controls for AI usage.
  • Contribute to positioning the platform as a safe, governable foundation for enterprise AI adoption.
  • Required Experience & Skills

Product Management Experience

  • 8+ years of product management experience, with significant time in senior or lead PM roles.
  • Proven experience managing complex, platform-oriented products rather than isolated features.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority across large, matrixed organizations.

AI & Technical Acumen

  • Strong working knowledge of modern AI/ML concepts, including LLMs, embeddings, agents, and AI-assisted workflows.
  • Ability to engage deeply with engineers and architects on technical trade-offs and constraints (without needing to code).
  • Experience productizing AI in a way that scales beyond prototypes into reliable, supported platform capabilities.

Integration & Platform Mindset (Strong Preference)

  • Experience with iPaaS, APIs, event-driven systems, developer platforms, or similar infrastructure products.
  • Comfort reasoning about abstractions, extensibility, and long-term platform evolution.

Stakeholder & Communication Skills

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable leading discussions with senior stakeholders and executives.
  • Experience working in globally distributed teams across multiple time zones.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience in B2B SaaS platforms serving large enterprises.
  • Exposure to governance, security, or compliance considerations in AI or data platforms.
  • Experience supporting both technical users (developers, integration specialists) and business users.

    • Working Model: Hybrid or office-based (depending on team norms)
    • Collaboration: Daily interaction with global teams across Europe and North America; flexibility with working hours is expected.
