Product Manager, Nobel Biocare

Job Description:

Develops specific marketing plans and activities for specific product(s) or product line(s) to establish, enhance or distinguish product placement within the competitive arena. Develops business plans and product positioning in the marketplace. Oversees market research, monitors competitive activity and identifies customer needs. Establishes pricing strategies. Works with engineering, manufacturing and sales to develop new products or enhance existing product(s) or product line(s).

Job Requirements:

Product Manager will responsible for achieving annual sales and market share targets within budget, supporting strategic planning and execution across Sales and product training initiatives. Ensures market analysis, customer engagement, and team alignment through regular field visits and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales and market share annual goals at the budgeted expense levels.
• Diagnose and analyze brand, market and competitors through gathering competitive information, identifying drivers and refining segmentation according to customer needs.
• Coordinate the development of sales objectives, strategies, advertising, promotion programs, public relations and market research activities and ensure their execution.
• Conduct regular field visits to understand needs, gather feedback, and build long-term relationships.
• Carry out dual visits with the sales team on a regular and ongoing basis to stay abreast of the motivational status and needs of the sales force, efficient practice of strategies.
• Develop, implement and update product training to customers
• Provide direction to the field in order to facilitate goal setting process in line with corporate goals, monitor progress, measure results.
  
  

Job Requirements:

• University degree preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or a Medical field
• Preferably minimum 3 years of dental product management
• Excellent command of English
• Excellent presentation skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Ability to travel
