Job Description:
The Product Manager
oversees the development and optimization of mobile and web platforms supporting the Giza Plateau visitor experience. The role manages consumer-facing digital products, booking systems, and operational platforms, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and revenue-driven.
Responsible for the full product lifecycle, the Product Manager defines requirements, prioritizes initiatives, aligns cross-functional teams, and uses data insights to improve performance, user experience, and monetization.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Execution

Write clear product requirements and acceptance criteria.

Prioritize backlog based on business impact and feasibility.

Own full product lifecycle (discovery delivery optimization).
Platform & Commerce Ownership

Manage transactional systems (reservations, payments, pricing logic).

Define business rules for capacity-based and time-based bookings.

Ensure integration between digital platforms and operational workflows.

Improve confirmation speed and reduce manual processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with engineering (internal and external vendors).

Align with operations, finance, and commercial teams.

Ensure digital platforms support real-world operational needs.

Translate business requirements into structured product solutions.
Analytics & Growth

Define KPIs for engagement, conversion, and revenue.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Management.

Proven experience building and scaling mobile-first or consumer-facing digital platforms.

Hands-on experience with booking systems, marketplaces, or other transactional platforms.

Strong understanding of system architecture, business logic, and operational workflows.

Demonstrated experience working within cross-functional teams across technology and business functions.

Experience within tourism, hospitality, entertainment, or commerce-driven ecosystems.

Exposure to API integrations and third-party service providers.

Familiarity with analytics frameworks and growth-driven product methodologies.
