Product Manager - Operations

Role & Responsibilities

• Own the customer and partner experience in the disbursal flow
• Drive TAT for disbursal aggressively
• Manage and own all payment and presentation processes within the company.  
• Responsible for Managing and hiring (as per requirement) a team of 10 to 15 members, which consists of disbursal, KYC verification and sales support teams
• Be the single point of contact for our key partners and internal teams and act as an escalation point to drive resolution in a timely, proactive manner
• Take complete ownership of the operations product streams, create roadmap and maintain backlogs
• You will extensively coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including Sales, Risk and Partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations for the partners and Finnable 
• Ensuring timely delivery of projects through proper planning, scheduling and execution

• Proven ability to partner, communicate and manage/navigate through multiple functions and organisational groups with high stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of the fintech/Payment landscape along with good deal-making/negotiation skills 
• An open, intuitive and curious mind to learn, unlearn and experiment 
• Proactive and self-motivated to deliver excellence independently 
• Must be willing to work in a high-growth and fluid work environment 
• Strong passion for Fintech and latest advancements in the financial services space 

Candidates with product management experience with agile methodologies are preferred. 

Required Experience - 2-5 years of experience in Operations management / strategic partnerships, preferably in fintech/payment industry 

Qualification - Bachelor’s / Master’s / MBA degree
