Regional Title: Sales Manager (PM) - Derma & Cosmetic Segment

• Salary Range: 150K to 200K (depending on the Experience & Qualification
• Experience: 2 to3 years min

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Pharmacy, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing/product management.
• Strong command of MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Experience in Derma/Cosmo segment preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily correspondence and marketing communication.
• Prepare tour plans and reports for marketing and sales teams.
• Generate and analyze sales reports (unit-wise, zone-wise, value-wise).
• Monitor targets vs achievements and zonal performance rankings.
• Maintain distributor sales & stock reports (SSR).
• Use order entry systems, Bricks, and S.A.S software for reporting.
• Coordinate monthly reports, visit monitoring files, and field data.
• Support internal audit processes for incentive calculations.
• Manage marketing budgets including round table discussions & promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE policies.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by management.
