We are looking for a highly skilled and proactive individual to take on the role of
Lead Business Analyst
with a presales focus.
This is an opportunity to lead discovery sessions, drive RFP processes, and deliver strategic insights while interfacing between clients, sales, and development teams.
Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals

Lead discovery sessions to explore solutions, define scope, and assess feasibility and technical frameworks

Own presales activities by preparing proposals, conducting demonstrations, and conveying clear value propositions to clients

Manage RFP responses, including solution design, pricing strategies, and ensuring compliance with requirements

Facilitate communication between clients, sales, technical teams, and developers for seamless project execution

Define and prioritize product backlogs, user stories, and acceptance criteria to align with development objectives

Support implementation teams to ensure delivered solutions align with client expectations and predefined requirements

Monitor emerging market trends, competitor landscapes, and technological advancements to inform strategic planning
Requirements

Proven experience in roles such as Business Analyst, Product Manager, or Product Owner with a focus on discovery and presales

9-15 years' expertise in software development lifecycle or agile methodology

Showcase of client engagement skills, including proposal writing, RFP responses, and strategic communication

Understanding of technical solutioning and alignment with business goals

Familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence for project documentation and management
