Product Manager (talent & culture)

Job Description

What's on your plate?

  • Design Thinking: Run design sprints to discover, ideate and validate user centered solutions around pain points across the talent development space and business needs.
  • Experimentation & Validation: Run quick experiments to validate hypotheses, measure ROI, POCs, and ensure we are scaling the right products to the right audience.
  • Product Development: Build a product road map and experience journeys in collaboration with product owners and SMEs across Talent & Culture Team and other stakeholders.
  • Adoption and enablement: Drive the adoption of the product solutions and employ “growth hacking” techniques to ensure enablement and reach of the products for the target audience.
  • Market Awareness: Stay on top of the new trends in talent development and culture solutions and new approaches in the field.

What did we order?

  • 5+ years of experience in any combination of: product management, UX, consulting, or innovation.
  • Strong technical acumen around digital tools and GenAI tools, and building custom solutions on top of existing tech stacks.
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders in complex, matrix organizations.
  • Strong analytical thinking with ability to measure adoption and impact.
  • Interest in topics around people development and behaviour science.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to write clearly, present well, and influence leaders.
  • Experience in facilitation and training/teaching is a plus.
