Job Title : Product Manager

Location : Johar Town, Lahore

Shift Timings : 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Product Manager to lead the development, execution, and growth of our products and services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch, coordinating with cross-functional teams, understanding customer needs, and driving business growth through innovative product strategies.

The candidate should have strong leadership, analytical, communication, and project management skills with the ability to manage products from scratch and scale them effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute product strategies aligned with company goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
• Define product vision, roadmap, and growth strategy.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams.
• Manage the complete product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Create product documentation, PRDs, and feature specifications.
• Monitor product performance and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure timely product delivery.
• Analyze KPIs, user behavior, and business metrics to optimize product performance.
• Lead product meetings, sprint planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure products meet quality standards and customer expectations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in Product Management or related role.
• Proven experience managing products from concept to execution.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience with product management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with tech, SaaS, AI, construction, or service-based products.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping.
• Data-driven decision-making skills.
• Experience in product scaling and growth strategies.
• Leadership and team management experience.
