Product Manager Trainee

We are looking for recent graduates and senior professionals to fill our Full-Time Product Manager Trainee (QA & Customer Support Focus) position.

You will learn the ins and outs of product design, building, testing, and much more.

In addition, you will actively participate in Quality Assurance (QA) processes to ensure our games meet the highest standards, as well as support our players by handling Customer Support tasks such as responding to user feedback and reporting issues to the development team.

Background & Qualifications

Recently graduated from a degree program in a related field from an accredited university.

Able to commit 5 days per week from our Istanbul studio for the duration of the program.

Possess a good command of written and spoken English to effectively communicate with team members and contribute to projects.

Competent in using MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Must be able to accommodate and work from our studio in Istanbul during the entire program.

Who Are We Looking For?

Holding a degree in a related field.

A genuine interest in gaming, particularly mobile casual games, and an understanding of game design principles.

Detail-oriented and eager to learn about Quality Assurance processes and Customer Support best practices in the gaming industry.
