About The Role

Uber's Enterprise Solutions are some of the fast growing businesses in Uber and Uber Health is one amongst them with a strong growth trajectory.

As a Product Manager II on Uber Health, you will drive requirements that directly impacts patients, healthcare providers and partners at scale.This role demands strong product judgment, analytical rigor, and the ability to operate across complex stakeholder landscapes-including operations, compliance, legal, engineering, design, data science, and external healthcare partners. You are expected to operate in a highly technical data-oriented environment and work collaboratively with executive level stakeholders.

This role is ideal for a product manager who thrives in systems thinking, enjoys solving multi-sided marketplace challenges, and is motivated by delivering measurable impact in a mission-driven vertical.

What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points - What the Candidate Will Do -

• Lead Through Ideation to Launch: Guide the process from ideation through technical development to the successful launch of innovative products.
• Drive Product Development: Collaborate with a team of world-class engineers and designers to drive product development and ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Integrate Research into Product Requirements: Incorporate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction and product effectiveness.
• Define and Analyze Success Metrics: Establish and analyze key metrics to measure the success and impact of products.
• Navigate healthcare regulatory and compliance considerations while maintaining velocity.
• Understand Strategic and Competitive Position: Deliver industry-leading products by understanding Uber's strategic and competitive positioning.
• Maximize Efficiency in Dynamic Environments: Ensure maximum efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where fluid processes and creative solutions are essential.
• Collaborate and Build Alignment: Work with internal and external stakeholders to build alignment across the organization while navigating ambiguous problem areas.

- Basic Qualifications -

• Minimum of 3+ years of Product Management experience developing world-class applications.
• Experience working in a metrics and experimentation-driven organization.
• Strong customer empathy, and the ability to blend user research with data to create a prioritized product roadmap.
• Passion for Uber's mission and the company's hybrid technology & operations nature.
• An undergraduate degree or equivalent in computer science or a quantitative domain. Preferred Masters in Computer Science or Business Administration.
• Exceptional communication skills, both within your team and with leadership and partners.

• Product Management experience in enterprise, marketplace, logistics or healthcare

For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$161,000 per year - USD$179,000 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in a 401(k) plan.
