Job Description for Group Product Manager role
1. Brand Building
a. Responsible for capturing increased brand share through strategic and tactical plans
for the assigned portfolio
b. Identifying market development opportunities in and scope for therapy expansion as
well as creating blue oceans for sustainable growth
c. Sharp competitor analysis and reviewing market information to fine-tune marketing
campaigns
d. Preparing brand plans and developing a long-term vision for the portfolio in terms of
line extensions, profitability and robust growth
2. Data Analytics and Monitoring
a. Efficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint to draw definitive conclusions after analyzing
market data and presenting the outcomes effectively
b. Tracking and anticipating promotional costs for the portfolio to ensure profitability of
the SBU
3. Field Force engagement
a. Conducting cycle meetings and briefing the marketing plans to ensure effective
execution through sales teams
b. Training the field team regarding scientific and promotional aspects of the assigned
portfolio
c. Keep a close track of feedback from the sales force to understand market challenges
and address the core issues within the time frame
4. Customer development
a. Ability to engage with KOLs and KBLs to understand the therapeutic needs for the
assigned brands
b. Plan to expand the marketing domain through creative customer engagement
programs
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
