Product-Market Fit Specialist

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (Hybrid)

Employment Type: Full-time

Compensation Range: SAR 5,000 - 15,000 / month (based on experience)

Reporting To: Founder / Head of Product

Hiring Partner: UltimatePeaks (on behalf of a confidential Saudi-based GovTech client)

About The Company

Our client is a Saudi-based technology company building a smart, automated platform for Government Relations Operations (GRO) and HR management. They already operate a profitable managed-services business serving corporate clients across the Kingdom, and are now productizing their internal automation stack into a commercial SaaS offering. The team is small, operator-led, and moving fast toward external launch.

Role Summary

We are looking for a Product-Market Fit Specialist to lead discovery, validation, and early commercialization work for a GRO/HR automation platform entering the Saudi market. You will sit at the intersection of customer research, product strategy, and go-to-market — turning qualitative insight into pricing, positioning, and feature decisions that the product and founding team can act on immediately.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys talking to customers, shaping offers, and proving demand before scale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run structured discovery interviews with HR leaders, PROs, GMs, and founders across Saudi SMEs and mid-market companies
  • Map the end-to-end GRO and HR workflow pain points in the Saudi market (Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Absher Business, Mudad, etc.) and translate them into product opportunities
  • Design and run PMF experiments: landing pages, concierge MVPs, pricing tests, and pilot programs
  • Define and track PMF signals — activation, retention cohorts, NPS, willingness to pay, and qualitative demand indicators
  • Build the positioning narrative, ICP definition, and early messaging for the platform launch
  • Collaborate with the Product Manager and Product Lead to prioritize backlog based on validated demand
  • Produce weekly insight briefs for the founder and leadership team

Requirements

  • We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience in roles like product management, growth, research, strategy, or even early-stage founding
  • You've got a strong history of conducting customer discovery and turning insights into smart product or go-to-market decisions
  • Familiarity with the Saudi business scene is a big plus—especially if you have experience in HR, compliance, or government services
  • You're comfortable navigating ambiguity and can create clear, concise written communication
  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, written and spoken, is essential
  • A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or a related field rounds out your background
  • Nice to Have
  • Experience in HR tech, compliance tech, or SaaS product development would be fantastic
  • Hands-on experience with no-code tools for quick prototyping and setting up experiments is a bonus
  • Have worked closely with founders or at pre-seed / seed stage startups? That's a great fit!
  • Why This Role
  • You'll be joining right at the exciting moment when a services business evolves into a product company. Your contributions will directly influence what we build, who we target, and how we price our offerings. This is a small, passionate team where you'll enjoy high ownership, a focus on the Saudi market, and a clear mission to discover and prove product-market fit

Benefits

Nice to Have

  • Previous exposure to HR tech, compliance tech, or SaaS productization
  • Experience with no-code tools for rapid prototyping and experiment setup
  • Background working directly with founders or in pre-seed / seed stage startups

Why This Role

You will join at the moment a services business becomes a product company. Your work will directly shape what gets built, who it is sold to, and how it is priced. Small team, high ownership, Saudi-market focus, and a clear mandate to find and prove product-market fit.
