Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Marketing Expert with deep experience in customer lifecycle management and growth funnels. This role will focus on driving adoption, retention, conversion, upselling, and cross-selling across the entire customer journey from acquisition to expansion. You will work closely with Product, Growth, Sales, and Customer Success teams to maximize product value and revenue impact.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Lifecycle & Funnel Ownership

Own and optimize the end-to-end customer lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, adoption, retention, expansion, and renewal

Design and execute product-led funnels for:

User onboarding and product adoption
-
Free trial / freemium to paid conversion
-
Upsell and cross-sell opportunities
-
Expansion, renewal, and churn reduction
-
Continuously improve purchase funnels by identifying drop-offs and friction points
Adoption, Retention & Growth

Drive feature adoption and usage through in-product messaging, campaigns, and enablement

Partner with Product and UX teams to improve time-to-value (TTV) and onboarding experiences

Build lifecycle marketing programs to improve retention, engagement, and LTV
-
Develop targeted strategies for different customer segments and personas
Product Marketing & GTM

Translate product capabilities into clear value propositions aligned to each lifecycle stage

Support product launches with adoption-focused GTM strategies
-
Create and maintain product marketing assets including onboarding content, nurture campaigns, product pages, case studies, and lifecycle messaging

Enable Sales and Customer Success teams with playbooks, upsell/cross-sell messaging, and objection handling
Analytics & Optimization

Define, track, and analyze key SaaS metrics such as activation rate, conversion rate, retention, churn, expansion revenue, and LTV

Use data, experimentation, and customer insights to iterate on funnels and campaigns

Collaborate with Growth and RevOps teams to improve funnel performance and attribution
Required Experience & Skills
Must-Have
-
4+ years of Product Marketing experience in a SaaS environment
-
Strong hands-on experience with customer lifecycle marketing and funnel optimization
-
Proven track record of improving adoption, retention, conversion, upsell, and cross-sell metrics
-
Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and growth levers (activation, churn, ARPU, LTV, CAC)
-
Ability to align product messaging with different stages of the customer journey

Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Growth, Sales, CS, and Data teams
-
Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making skills
-
Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management abilities

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,300,000.00 per year
