About the Role

To lead the development and execution of product marketing strategies that drive market positioning, customer engagement, and revenue growth. The role ensures products are effectively promoted, launched, and supported in alignment with business goals and market needs.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies and plans.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
  • Define product positioning, pricing strategies, and value propositions.
  • Coordinate product launches and manage go-to-market activities.
  • Create marketing content, sales tools, and promotional materials.
  • Collaborate with sales, R&D, and commercial teams to drive product performance.
  • Monitor product profitability and recommend improvements.
  • Track campaign results and report on performance metrics.
  • Lead market research and collect customer feedback for product enhancements.
  • Guide the product marketing team and ensure alignment with corporate strategy.


Qualifications

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field. Master’s Degree (MBA or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Professional Certifications:
  • Experience: 5–8 years of experience in product marketing, brand management, or commercial strategy. Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, retail, or B2B industries is an advantage. Previous experience in managing teams or leading campaigns is preferred.


Required Skills

  • Strong knowledge of market analysis, product lifecycle, and branding strategies.
  • Experience in campaign planning, pricing, and market positioning.
  • Excellent presentation, planning, and project management skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
  • Data analysis and report preparation abilities.


Preferred Skills

  • Strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
