Product Marketing Manager (Multiple Locations)

Locations Open: North India | South India | North East India
Reports To: Head of Marketing

Role Overview

We are seeking dynamic Product Marketing Managers to lead strategy, positioning, storytelling, and commercial success for our Life Sciences vertical across multiple regions. The focus areas include biomechanics, gait analysis, movement science, and sports technology, with a specialized portfolio covering Vicon motion capture systems, EMG, force platforms, pressure mapping, instrumented treadmills, and more.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role requiring close collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to maximize our brand and commercial footprint in North, South, and North East India.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve product marketing strategy, messaging, and positioning for assigned region and product lines
  • Translate complex technical features into compelling, customer-facing value propositions targeted at researchers, clinicians, and sports scientists
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and regional Marketing teams to execute tailored GTM campaigns
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and regional opportunity mapping to refine positioning and drive demand
  • Deliver engaging presentations, technical content, sales enablement assets, and region-specific case studies
  • Champion the customer voice through feedback loops, regional outreach, and market trend analysis
  • Drive commercial strategy for product launches, campaigns, conferences, and digital marketing activities in the assigned zone
  • Build relationships with KOLs, research institutes, sports organizations, and clinical partners within your territory
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for products related to human performance, biomechanics, and sports science technology

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–4 years of product marketing experience, ideally in B2B, life sciences, healthcare, or human performance technology
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Sports Science, Physiotherapy or Life Sciences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to transform technical features into engaging, actionable benefits
  • Experience working closely with sales, product, and marketing teams on cross-functional launches
  • Demonstrated proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and positioning frameworks
  • High energy, resourceful, story-driven, and passionate about the industry
  • Experience or strong interest in gait analysis, biomechanics, sports vision, or related technology
  • Familiarity with motion capture systems, EMG, force platforms, or similar tools
  • Prior marketing experience with scientists, researchers, medical/rehab professionals, or sports organizations is a strong plus
  • Technical content creation skills; ability to extract knowledge from subject matter experts

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹238,881.48 - ₹1,308,217.54 per year
