To support this growth, we are looking for an experienced and hands-on Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to drive impactful product communication, go-to-market strategies, and value-based marketing initiatives. As Product Marketing Manager, you will be the key interface between Product Management, Sales and Marketing. You will own the messaging, positioning, and promotional strategy of selected product lines within the building materials portfolio.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Define and execute the end-to-end product marketing strategy across regions and channels
  • Shape compelling product stories that resonate with professional audiences from technical users to large-scale project executives
  • Lead product launches from concept to execution, ensuring clear differentiation in competitive markets
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management, Sales and Business Development to align product vision and commercial goals
  • Create tailored value propositions and strategic messaging frameworks for various target segments
  • Develop impactful marketing assets (technical brochures, presentations, videos, web content, sales enablement tools)
  • Conduct in-depth market, customer, and competitor analysis to guide positioning and roadmap decisions
  • Enable commercial teams through training, toolkits, and product-focused sales materials
  • Act as the voice of the customer within the business, translating insights into actionable strategies
