A Product Marketing Manager (PMM) is responsible for the commercial success of a product by bridging the gap between product development and sales. Their primary focus is defining how a product is positioned, creating compelling messaging for target audiences, and driving demand through strategic go-to-market (GTM) plans.
Required Candidate Profile
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics, as well as experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong ability to understand enterprise grade technology products
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be able to effectively communicate technology product concepts to a variety of audiences, creatively
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Mailchimp, MS Office, and other similar content creation, marketing & analytics platforms

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop clear, compelling positioning statements for each product line
  • Create customer-centric messaging frameworks that differentiate Knovos from competitors
  • Define key differentiators and value propositions aligned with target buyer personas
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels (website, sales collateral, demos) Competitive Intelligence & Analysis
  • Conduct regular competitive analysis (Relativity, Servicenow, Disco, Clio, HighQ, Ansarada, Legora, etc.)
  • Identify market gaps and positioning opportunities
  • Track competitor messaging, pricing, features, and GTM strategies
  • Present quarterly competitive landscape reports to leadership Sales Enablement & Collateral
  • Create sales playbooks, battle cards, and objection handling guides
  • Develop product demo scripts and presentation decks
  • Build case studies and ROI calculators
  • Provide sales training on product positioning and messaging
  • Create marketing campaigns, collaterals, web content, and sales tools for quick prospect acquisition and education Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy
  • Support new product launches and feature releases & touchpoint updates.
  • Develop launch plans and marketing collateral
  • Coordinate with Customer, product, sales, and marketing teams on launch timing Customer Research & Feedback
  • Gather market feedback on positioning and messaging
  • Identify customer pain points and feature adoption barriers
  • Translate insights into product recommendations Collaboration & Coordination
  • Work closely with customer, product, sales, and marketing teams
  • Participate in sales & demo calls to understand market feedback
  • Support content writers with product context and technical details
