We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join our Commercial Team at Runibex. In this role, you will shape and execute strategies that position our innovative digital commerce portfolio- including B2C, B2B, and B2B2C solutions to drive differentiation and customer adoption. You will define compelling product narratives, build go-to-market strategies, and enable sales teams while helping enterprises drive revenue growth, deliver seamless omnichannel experiences, and unlock new opportunities in digital commerce.
What You'll Do
· Product Positioning & Messaging: Define clear value propositions and differentiated messaging for Runibex’s digital commerce solutions. Translate complex technical capabilities into compelling business benefits tailored for C-level executives, business leaders, and decision-makers.
· Go-to-Market Strategies: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new product features, solution enhancements, and commerce offerings. Collaborate with sales, presales, and marketing teams to create targeted campaigns, solution briefs, and customer-facing assets. Establish and optimize frameworks and metrics for measuring marketing effectiveness and business impact.
· Enable Sales & Drive Demand: Equip sales teams with product knowledge, competitive insights, and use cases. Partner with sales teams to generate leads and increase adoption of Runibex’s digital commerce solutions. Gather customer feedback and market insights to continuously improve positioning, messaging, and campaign performance.
· Industry Insight & Market Leadership: Stay ahead of digital commerce trends, such as composable and headless commerce architectures, AI-powered customer engagement, and data-driven personalization. Develop thought-leadership content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and executive presentations. Benchmark Runibex’s offerings against competitors to identify differentiation opportunities. Act as a subject-matter evangelist, representing Runibex at industry events, webinars, and partner initiatives.
What We Are Looking For
· Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
· 8+ years of experience, at least 5 years of product marketing experience preferably in digital commerce, enterprise software or SaaS.
· Proven experience in building and executing go-to-market strategies, managing product launches, and building campaign strategies.
· Deep knowledge of digital commerce platforms, B2B and B2B2C commerce models, marketplaces, payment systems, and customer experience trends.
· Experience working closely with sales teams and contributing to revenue growth.
· Proficiency with CRM and marketing automation tools (Zoho CRM, HubSpot etc.).
· Content creation, storytelling, and strong communication skills.
· Result-oriented, analytical thinker with flexibility and a collaborative mindset.
